The Task Force changed its name from the AIDS Health Fraud Task Force of California to the Health Fraud Task Force of California. HFTFC continues to operate as an educational group to provide information on health fraud. This includes acting as a resource for those seeking to provide information concerning questionable treatment products as well as a referral mechanism for those seeking additional related treatment information.
